Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free delivery across the UK, except for certain postcodes such as PL, TR, NR, IV, and further isles, where additional charges may apply.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 1–10 working days. We also offer express delivery (1–4 working days) at an extra cost, depending on the product.

Will the sofa be delivered into my room?

Yes, our delivery team will bring your sofa to the room of your choice. Please make sure there is clear access and space available. and add assembly charges in checkoput

Do your sofas come with a warranty?

All of our sofas come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering structural and manufacturing defects.

What if my sofa doesn’t fit?

It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the sofa fits through doorways, staircases, and hallways. If you’re unsure, please contact us before ordering for size guidance.

Do you offer finance options?

Yes! We’ve partnered with PayItMonthly to offer flexible finance plans so you can spread the cost of your sofa.

Can I return my sofa if I change my mind?

Yes, you can return your sofa within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that return delivery costs will apply.

What happens if my sofa arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your sofa arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@sofasway.co or call 0330 088 8188. We will arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.

How do I care for my sofa?

Vacuum regularly to keep fabric clean
Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading
For water-resistant fabrics, simply wipe spills with a clean cloth

Can I customize my sofa?

Currently, our sofas are available in selected colours and finishes as shown on our website. Please check product listings for available options.
