Complaints Relating to Finance Agreements

If your complaint concerns a finance agreement arranged through your purchase, we will forward your complaint to our finance provider, PayItMonthly. They are responsible for handling finance-related issues and will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint

  • Conduct a thorough investigation

  • Provide a final response within Six weeks
